MANAGING STRESS AND ANXIETY
Categories: Community
April 15, 2020 - We recognize the stress and anxiety these times might cause to members of our UNMGallup community—especially those who have family members impacted by the virus or working on the frontlines to keep our wider community safe.
The tips on this poster below created by ÒÁÈ˾þà Student Health & Counseling are helpful and timely in managing stress and anxiety. And, as a reminder tomorrow’s support circle will be held at 1:00 p.m. via Zoom. This is an opportunity to gather with others for support and additional guidance.
If you’d like to join the support circle tomorrow, email women@unm.edu. It is so important at this time to stay connected to your friends and family members, stay healthy by social distancing, follow recommended CDC guidelines, and limit the amount of COVID-19 news you’re viewing each day. There are also many great wellness resources and recommendations posted almost daily at www.unm.edu/coronavirus.
We are here for each other as we continue our UNMGallup mission.
